Description: Based on " Stellaris peripheral driver library" of routines: 16-bit cycle timer example of the experimental procedures from time to time to demonstrate how to use the realization of periodic interrupt timer. Timer from the carrying value down to 0 after the first interruption, interrupt handling function in the first flip LED1. Each indicator LED1 indicates the rate of interruption and disruption.
