Description: AT89S51 microcontroller using T0, T1 timing counter functionality to complete the input signal frequency count, counting the frequency of the results through the 8-bit dynamic digital tube display. Requires the ability to right 0-250KHZ an accurate count of the signal frequency, counting error of less than ± 1HZ.
