Description: This paper introduces a design based on the single chip microcomputer control of alcohol gas alarm, system consists of sensors and signal conditioning circuit, MCU minimum system, A/D conversion part, LED display part, the main use of the MQ3 alcohol sensor, A/D converter, ADC0804, LED digital tube and a buzzer.The system uses MCU I/O interface, make full use of the resource of CPU space, simplifies the measuring circuit and debugging complex process.The first collection sensor output analog signal, and then the ADC0804 analog into digital quantity, MCU and process data, display measurement of alcohol concentration.The main solution is the acquisition of analog signals into digital signals, then by the alcohol concentration and voltage conversion relationship between the alcohol concentration is displayed.Advantages of direct alcohol concentration display, keyboard can set different alcohol concentration threshold and transfinite alert.
